Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Ballingers Unique Gifts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by email at julie@ballingersuniquegifts.com.au to request an exchange or refund.

You must receive authorization from us before sending your
product back and it must be in it’s original condition. You are
responsible to pay all
shipping and handling charges back to our store and it must
be within 15 days of purchase.

Please note that there is no refund or exchange on L’Erbolario products or L’Paige Lipsticks.

Refund Timing: Once the item is returned, inspected and
approved for credit, your account will be credited within 5 to 10
business days.
